Pulltex Corner uses a number of principles to make your buying experience as pleasant as possible.

There is almost never shipping cost We ship everything by regular Post or courier. For orders above the amount of 50 euro there are no shipping costs (delivery benelux), and we will send your order automatically by insured courier. For orders less than 50 euros you can choose a free (by benelux post) or insured shipping (+ 3,50 euro). If you choose to have your order shipped by post, there is a small risk.  We will send your order in a bubble envelope by regular mail (postage stamp). When those items are lost they are untraceable.  We are unable to reimburse you for an item lost in this way.
PAY SAFELY WITH PAYPAL OR IDEAL We make sure all customers have an extra safe payment environment with IDEAL (Dutch banks) & PAYPAL (for all countries) available. (See also Payment Methods )
CLEAR COMMUNICATION You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Hereafter we keep you updated on the progress of the delivery. If an item is not available from stock than we report to you imediately. During the processing of your order, you have the option of cancelling your order and having your money refunded (eg if the delivery time will take too long).
14 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE If you want to return your item for any reason, we will refund your payment, no questions asked.  (See Shipping & Returns )
CONFIDENTIALITY We use your information only for the delivery of your order. Your address information is in no way made available to third parties that have nothing to do with the processing or sending of your order.
